This home is located at the Serra da Mantiqueira, in a beautiful valley cut by a small river that gives its name to the region – Rio Manso District.
The terrain is very beautiful and rugged since it belongs to a region of hills; has a large part formed by pastures for cattle, and a part of remnant forest.
People have lived at this land, and there they left their mark, such as this gorgeous set of Jabuticabeiras (a Brazilian tropical tree fruit), which ended up being the place chosen for the lease of the house.
It is part of the concepts adopted by us not to tamper with the topography, that so beautiful and cleverly was consolidated through the millennium.
Thus, we implemented a house formed by two bodies: an infamous area of bedrooms, and another one for social and services.
The social area is sided at these beautiful Jabuticabeiras, through a large porch and a deck.
Cooking with quality is a characteristic of the owners. For this reason, it was done a wonderful wood stove in the kitchen, and at the outside balcony area an oven for pizza, bread, and all that which is delicious, aside from a barbecue, a dining and recreation area.
The dorms facing east, are all made of wood, loose from the ground, very simple and cozy, all suítes, well lit, and naturally ventilated.
