Taguaiba Residence
It’s a great responsibility top lace and builds a house by the sea, in the middle of the gorgeous and preserved Atlantic Forest, at Taguaiba beach, São Paulo coast.
Thus, the greatest concern was not to shed any tree and occupy the land that lies free and available for the new building.
For this space, it was designed a very physically lightweight house as it is all made of wood, with generous spaces in the social area, kitchen, and balconies.
The dorms can be considered small burrows, only for sleep and rest amid the forest.
The design is very basic, and the constructive technique adopted is traditional here in Brazil.
Wealth is presented at the ability to participate in the beauty of greenery and the birds, that can be seen and lived through the big glass plans.
Natural lighting and ventilation are things featured in this project. The dormitories, although small, has cross ventilation because both facing forward as to the funds, the closing is done through large sliding doors.
The chosen timber is certified and its durability is very long; it received a green exterior paint to become mimicked among the Atlantic Forest that surrounds it.
